Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil olive or avocado
- 2 lbs chicken breast boneless & skinless
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 lb Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic parsley salt
- 1 lbs broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a large oven safe skillet. Add chicken and cook it until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- To the same skillet add in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic parsley salt. Whisk as it cooks, creating a creamy sauce.
- Add broccoli florets to the sauce. Place chicken breasts back into the pan, between florets.
- Bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes or until chicken reaches 165F. Serve right away.
