Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup packed cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt can sub sour cream or mayo
  • 4 Tablespoons avocado oil can sub olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon honey can sub 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor, or if possible, a Ninja Bullet or Nutribullet for a smoother consistency.
  2. Chill for 20 minutes prior to using.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
