Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing
This creamy dressing blends fresh cilantro with plain whole milk yogurt, garlic, lime juice, honey, and olive oil. An optional jalapeño adds mild heat. The result is a smooth, tangy, and herbaceous sauce that can freshen salads or brighten grilled dishes. It stores well refrigerated for up to a week, making it convenient for multiple uses.
Ingredients
- 1 cilantro large bunch, fresh
- 1/2 cup whole milk yogurt brand Stonyfield, plain
- 1 garlic clove
- lime juice juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 jalapeño seeds and stem removed, optional
