Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

This creamy dressing blends fresh cilantro with plain whole milk yogurt, garlic, lime juice, honey, and olive oil. An optional jalapeño adds mild heat. The result is a smooth, tangy, and herbaceous sauce that can freshen salads or brighten grilled dishes. It stores well refrigerated for up to a week, making it convenient for multiple uses.

Description

The Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing combines vibrant fresh cilantro with a base of plain whole milk yogurt to create a creamy texture. Garlic and lime juice add pungency and acidity, while honey balances the flavors with subtle sweetness. Extra-virgin olive oil is slowly incorporated during blending to emulsify the dressing, giving it a smooth, rich finish.

If included, jalapeño contributes a gentle spice without overwhelming the fresh herbs and citrus brightness. The dressing is blended until fully smooth, ensuring a uniform consistency ideal for drizzling or tossing with salads, grilled vegetables, or proteins.

Stored in a sealed container, this dressing maintains its fresh flavor for up to a week, providing a versatile condiment that pairs well with a range of dishes requiring a zesty herbaceous touch with creamy body.
