Ingredients

  • 2-3 English cucumbers, about 3 cups sliced
  • ½ red onion
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice 2-3 English cucumbers, and ½ red onion and add them to a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bow, whisk together ½ cup plain Greek yogurt , 2 tablespoons fresh dill, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar , 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, ½ teaspoon Fresh cracked pepper, and ½ teaspoon kosher salt.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion and stir to coat everything well. Serve fresh!
