Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber sliced into thin rounds
  • ¼ cup minced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the greek yogurt, mayo, vinegar, and salt & pepper.
  2. To a large bowl, add the sliced cucumber, onion, and yogurt mixture. Gently toss until fully coated.
