Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese *softened
  • 1 cup sour cream *or vanilla/plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 lb red grapes *seedless grapes
  • 2 lb green grapes *seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans *chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
  3. Fold in the grapes and 1 cup pecans.
  4. Spread mixture into serving dish and top with brown sugar and remaining pecans.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
