Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese *softened
- 1 cup sour cream *or vanilla/plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 lb red grapes *seedless grapes
- 2 lb green grapes *seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups pecans *chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the grapes and 1 cup pecans.
- Spread mixture into serving dish and top with brown sugar and remaining pecans.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
