Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup prepared horseradish
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon thyme or thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Whisk until everything is well combined. You can serve it right away, but I highly recommend allowing the sauce to chill in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours first.
  2. Pour over your favorite cut of steak, I used NY Strip, but you can use prime rib, beef tenderloin, ribeye, you name it!
  3. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for a week to 10 days or so.

Notes

  • If you like a stronger punch of horseradish, you can add another tablespoon to the mixture.
