Creamy Horseradish Sauce

With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up the best homemade creamy horseradish sauce for your next steak or roast beef.

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- ½ cup prepared horseradish
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon thyme or thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Whisk until everything is well combined. You can serve it right away, but I highly recommend allowing the sauce to chill in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours first.
- Pour over your favorite cut of steak, I used NY Strip, but you can use prime rib, beef tenderloin, ribeye, you name it!
- Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for a week to 10 days or so.
Notes
- If you like a stronger punch of horseradish, you can add another tablespoon to the mixture.
