Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove fresh garlic , grated
  • 1 tablespoon carrots , minced
  • 1 tablespoon red bell pepper , minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 3-4 grates lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the 3/4 cup mayonnaise, grated 1 clove fresh garlic, minced 1 tablespoon carrots, minced 1 tablespoon red bell pepper, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 3-4 grates lemon zest, 1 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce and 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt .
  2. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Stir before serving.
