Creamy Italian Salad Dressing - great with Pizza!

Creamy Italian Salad Dressing with oregano and parsley is just the perfect addition to any salad and especially good with pizza!

Ingredients

  • 150 mls 10 tbsp mayonnaise (light or regular)
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 – 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a measuring jug or small bowl and whisk together until well combined.
  2. Any unused dressing will keep (covered) in the fridge for a few days.
