150 mls 10 tbsp mayonnaise (light or regular)
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
2 tsp caster sugar
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 – 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into a measuring jug or small bowl and whisk together until well combined.
Any unused dressing will keep (covered) in the fridge for a few days.
