Creamy Kefir Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk kefir 120 mL
  • ½ cup mayonnaise 120 g
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp dried chives
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until evenly mixed. Cover and let flavors blend in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Storage: This dressing will keep for 4 days in the fridge in an airtight container. I like to make and store mine in a mason jar.
  • Can I use fresh herbs? If you have some wilting, you can use them. I prefer dried because I always have them on hand, ready to go.
