Ingredients
- 1 pkg house foods tofu shirataki fettuccine or smart noodle fettuccine
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon parsley finely chopped
- Dash Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Prepare Tofu Shirataki according to package instructions.
- Sauté garlic in pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add noodles, pumpkin, heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
- Mix well and add salt and pepper. Top with parsley.
