Creamy White Bean Hummus
Creamy White Bean Hummus is a smooth, fluffy spread made from cannellini beans blended with tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil. The addition of cumin, garlic powder, and smoked paprika gives the dip a subtly spiced and smoky flavor. Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup of water
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cannellini beans 15oz each, canned
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Add water, tahini and lemon juice to a food processor
- Process until the three ingredients are thoroughly combined and start to become fluffy
- Add cannellini beans, salt, cumin, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to the food processor
- Process until thoroughly combined
- With the food processor running stream olive oil in from the top
- Keep processing until a smooth and fluffy hummus remains
- Serve and garnish with olive oil, lemon zest, fresh chopped parsley and toasted sesame seeds
