Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- Heat your air fryer to 350°F
- Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged or imperfect outer leaves. You should end up with about 3/4 pound of Brussels sprouts after trimming.
- Place the sprouts into a bowl and toss with the olive oil and salt. Remove any of the singular leaves and set them aside for later.
- Place the Brussels sprouts into the mesh basket of your air fryer and cook for 12 minutes. Then, shake the basket and cook for another 10 to 12 minutes until the sprouts look just about done. At this point, toss the singular leaves into the air fryer and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until crispy.
