Ingredients
- 1 pound cauliflower
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by cutting the cauliflower into small pieces.
- In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, parmesan, paprika, garlic, crushed red pepper and salt and pepper.
- Toss the cauliflower with the mixture to coat.
- Place in air fryer basket at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes or until crispy.
