Ingredients

  • 1 pound cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the cauliflower into small pieces.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, parmesan, paprika, garlic, crushed red pepper and salt and pepper.
  3. Toss the cauliflower with the mixture to coat.
  4. Place in air fryer basket at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 13-15 minutes or until crispy.
