Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce can) of chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Parmesan Garlic Chickpeas
- 1 (15 ounce can) of chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons parmesan
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Taco Seasoning Chickpeas
- 1 (15 ounce can) of chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning
Instructions
- Rinse and drain the can of chickpeas, then pat them dry. In a bowl combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, salt, paprika, and pepper. (Or desired seasoning.)
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place chickpeas in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
