Crispy Air Fryer Curry Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 Tbsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sriracha optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder*
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or measuring cup, stir together the avocado oil, liquid aminos, sriracha, garlic powder, curry powder, black pepper, and sea salt until well-combined.
  2. Rinse the cauliflower well under water and pat it dry with paper towels or a kitchen towel.
  3. Use a sharp knife to chop the head of cauliflower into small florets, discarding the thick stems. Transfer the cauliflower florets to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the seasoned oil mixture over the cauliflower and toss everything until the florets are well-coated.
  5. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375 degrees F. Transfer half of the seasoned cauliflower (or all of it if your basket is big enough) to the air fryer basket, making a single layer for best results.
  6. Air fry for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and has reached your desired level of doneness. Repeat for the remaining cauliflower (if needed).
  7. Serve air fryer cauliflower with any main dish, and enjoy!

Notes

  • *You can swap the curry powder for ground turmeric to make Turmeric Air Fryer Cauliflower.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
