Crispy Baked Chicken Wings Recipe
Making wings at home has never been easier. My Crispy Baked Chicken Wings Recipe is so easy and results in crispy, classic wings!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds chicken wing
- 1 ½ pounds chicken drumstick
- 2 tablespoons neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
- ⅓ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce or other wing sauce, as desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk together flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken wings in the flour mixture coating all sides.
- Arrange wings on a greased baking sheet with at least 1 inch between wings.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Switch to broil for 2-3 minutes (be sure to watch closely so they don't burn). Brush with sauce, broil 2-3 minutes longer. Brush with sauce once more before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- Sauce: Try my homemade buffalo sauce and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing! Store-bought honey BBQ is another favorite.
