Crispy Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degree F. Line a parchment on a baking sheet and keep it ready.
  2. Remove the extra moisture from the chicken wings by patting them with the kitchen towel. Place the chicken wings on the prepared parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl combine the seasonings; garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle the prepared rub over the chicken wings.
  4. Cook the wings in the oven for 20-25 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the garlic sauce; Melt the butter in a bowl, once it is cooled down add in the parmesan cheese, red chili flakes, garlic, and parsley. Mix it well combined.
  6. Add the baked wings to the garlic parmesan bowl and toss it until well combined.
  7. Transfer the garlic parmesan chicken wings to a plate and serve while it is still warm.
