Crispy Bhindi Fry | Okra fried Recipe

Ingredients
- 200 grams Bhindi/Ladyfinger/Okra washed, dried, and sliced
- ¼ cups oil
- 1 onion sliced
- ¾ tablespoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructions
- In a large pan add the oil and sliced onion.
- Fry onions until they change color to a light golden.
- Now add the sliced bhindi, salt, and red chilli powder.
- Stir the bhindi continuously so it doesnt stick to the bottom of the pan. Keep the flame on medium-high.
- After about 12-15 minutes of cooking, the oil will start to seperate from the masala, and the bhindi will become crispy.
- Your Crispy Bhindi is ready to enjoy!

Notes
- Always buy fresh, green, and thin bhindi.
- Always wash and let the bhindi dry completely before cooking.
- Always add bhindi to hot oil to prevent sticking.
- Always cook the bhindi on medium-high flame.
