Crispy Chicken Avocado Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded, sliced or diced
  • 1 ripe avocado diced or sliced
  • ½ cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour-cream, mayo, or your favorite sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken, cheese, avocado, sour-cream, cilantro, and lime juice in a medium bowl.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a flat surface and fill with some of the filling mixture. Wrap tightly to form a roll. Repeat the process for all tortillas.
  3. Pour about 1 teaspoon oil into a heated pan or griddle. Place all four tortillas on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium- high heat. Flip on the other side and cook for another minute or until the burritos are golden in color. Serve warm.
