Crispy Golden Air Fryer Fish
This recipe creates crispy, golden air-fried white fish fillets coated in a seasoned mix of cornmeal, Cajun spices, paprika, and garlic powder. The coating yields a crunchy exterior while the fish inside stays moist. Cooking in an air fryer uses minimal oil and ensures a light, crisp crust with a tender, flaky fish center.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal

- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- sea salt to taste, flakes
- 2 White fish fillets
- cooking spray low calorie
