Crispy Parmesan Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts in the air fryer are incredibly simple to prepare and so delicious. With just four simple ingredients, you will have a side dish that will pair perfectly with just about any main course.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Brussel sprouts
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic parsley salt
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut brussels sprouts into equal-sized pieces. Place them in a large bowl.
  2. Toss brussels sprouts with oil and garlic parsley salt.
  3. Place seasoned brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  4. Air fry at 380°F for 6 minutes. Remove the basket and toss. Air fry for an additional 6 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve brussels while they are nice and warm.
