Ingredients
- 2 lb Brussel sprouts
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic parsley salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Cut brussels sprouts into equal-sized pieces. Place them in a large bowl.
- Toss brussels sprouts with oil and garlic parsley salt.
- Place seasoned brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Air fry at 380°F for 6 minutes. Remove the basket and toss. Air fry for an additional 6 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve brussels while they are nice and warm.
