Crispy Seasoned Air Fryer Radishes
Made with just radishes and a handful of spices, these air fryer radishes are the perfect, poppable snack or low-carb side dish for dinner. This recipe has become a favorite in my home because it tastes similar to roasted potatoes! They require very little prep work and cook in just 12 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 bunches radishes about 1 lb
- 1 Tbsp olive oil 15 mL
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp each ground black pepper and garlic powder
Instructions
- Stir: Cut radishes into bite sizes (either in half or quartered). Stir together with all ingredients.
- Cook: Transfer radishes to your air fryer, ensuring they're in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for about 12 minutes, or until tender and browned at the edges.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- Storage: Leftover roast radishes can be kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days. I recommend reheating them in the air fryer or oven to get them crispy again.
