Ingredients

  • 1 pound sugar snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and Pepper Crispy Snap Peas:
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 /2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Ranch Crispy Snap Peas:
  • 1 1/2 /2 teaspoons homemade ranch seasoning
Sweet & Spicy Crispy Snap Peas:
  • 1 1/2 /2 teaspoons spicy dry rub mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  2. Wash and dry sugar snap peas. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil and seasoning of choice. Arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until crispy, about 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and serve.
