Crock Pot Baked Potatoes
These crock pot baked potatoes are seasoned Russet potatoes that cook all day in the slow cooker to become perfectly tender and fluffy. A super easy side dish that pairs perfectly with seafood, chicken and beef.

Ingredients
- 6 Russet potatoes 6-8 ounces each
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- toppings of your choice such as butter, cheese, bacon and sour cream
Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes, then use a fork to prick holes in each one.
- Rub the olive oil over the potatoes, then season them with the salt and pepper.
- Wrap each potato in foil.
- Place the potatoes in a crock pot.
- Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
- Carefully unwrap the potatoes and cut them down the center. Serve with toppings of your choice.

Notes
- Choose potatoes that are similar in size so that they cook at the same rate.
- This recipe assumes you're using potatoes that are about 6-8 ounces each. If your potatoes are significantly larger or smaller, the cook time can vary.
- While Russet potatoes are the most popular choice for a classic baked potato, you can also use red potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes.
