Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli

This Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli recipe uses thinly sliced sirloin or chuck roast cooked slowly in a savory sauce made from beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic. The dish includes tender broccoli florets that finish cooking in the thickened sauce for a classic flavor combination. Served over warm white rice, this slow-cooked meal offers tender beef with a balance of sweet and umami notes.
