Crock pot Beef Tacos

Easy to make Crock pot Beef Tacos. Shredded beef tacos are easy to make in the crock pot and these beef tacos taste amazing.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb chuck roast
  • 2 Tablespoons homemade taco seasoning (or a Taco Seasoning packet)
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • flour or corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Place your roast in the crock pot.
  2. Pour beef stock over the roast. Then top with the taco seasoning.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours.
