beer cheese dip
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup lager
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
to serve
  • wavy potato chips
  • Hard Pretzel Rods
  • Pita chips
  • Grilled Bratwursts
  • tortilla chips
