Ingredients

  • 4 c. cauliflower florets
  • 4 c. broccoli florets
  • 3 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 c. minced yellow onion
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 8 oz Crystal Farms Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese divided
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Grease a 4 quart crock pot.
  2. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients, but only half of the cheese except butter and corn flakes. Place ingredients in crock pot. Top with remaining cheese.
  3. In a small bowl combine melted butter and corn flakes. Sprinkle over the casserole in the crock pot.
  4. Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 2 hours.
