Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef browned and drained
- 8 oz cream cheese diced into smaller pieces
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies 10 oz can, undrained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a 2-4 quart crock pot. Stir together.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-2 hours stirring occasionally until all the cheese is melted and ingredients are well combined.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
