Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies 10 ounces
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound Spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken, seasonings, onion, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and garlic to an 8-quart slow cooker and stir. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is cooked.
  2. When ready, slice or shred the chicken and return it to the slow cooker.
  3. Start boiling the noodles following the package directions to cook it al dente.
  4. Stir the shredded cheese and sour cream into the chicken mixture.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the slow cooker and stir.
