Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen corn kernels
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Use a medium-sized saucepan to heat up the cream cheese, butter, milk, sugar, pepper, and garlic salt. Mix until well blended.
- Place the frozen corn in the slow cooker and cover it with the cream cheese mixture. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour or LOW for 2-3 hours, making sure to mix before serving.

- Thicken the corn. Uncover the crockpot and cook on HIGH for another 15 minutes to allow moisture to evaporate. As it cools down, the corn will thicken even more.
