Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen corn
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened and cubed
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup half and half
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup chives chopped

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen corn, cream cheese, parmesan, milk, half & half, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sugar to a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Then, stir until all of the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Recover and cook for 1 more hour.
  4. Add the chives and stir the corn once more. Serve warm with your favorite meals.
