Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh green beans washed and the ends trimmed
- 1 pound baby red potatoes quartered
- 1/2 white onion sliced
- 6 Slices of bacon Cooked and diced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-7 hours until the potatoes are tender.
- Serve warm with a slotted spoon and enjoy!

- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- You can use Yellow Gold Potatoes or New Potatoes instead of the Red potatoes in this recipe.
