Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 pounds fresh green beans washed and the ends trimmed
  • 1 pound baby red potatoes quartered
  • 1/2 white onion sliced
  • 6 Slices of bacon Cooked and diced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-7 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Serve warm with a slotted spoon and enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. 
  • You can use Yellow Gold Potatoes or New Potatoes instead of the Red potatoes in this recipe. 
  • Frozen green beans can be used instead of fresh.
