Crock Pot Mojo Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken boneless breasts
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all the ingredients in the crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Remove the chicken, shred and mix it back into the sauce in the crock pot.
  4. Serve as is or over rice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
