Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place everything in the crock pot. I used a 6 quart crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours on low or 3-3.5 hours on high.
- Slice and spoon sauce over the pork.
- Serve as is or over rice and enjoy!
