Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1/2 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce (we used Stubb's Sticky Sweet)
  • 6-7 lbs boneless Pork Shoulder Chuck Roast
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic 
  • 20 hamburger buns (we love to toast them)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a 6 quart crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  3. Shred.
  4. Stir in more bbq sauce if desired.
  5. Serve on toasted buns.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute with pork loin. I typically will use whatever we have in the freezer, or what is on sale at the store. And also, don't forget to freeze any leftovers! Makes a super easy meal for a future night.
