Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 large onion (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce (we used Stubb's Sticky Sweet)
- 6-7 lbs boneless Pork Shoulder Chuck Roast
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 20 hamburger buns (we love to toast them)

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a 6 quart crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Shred.
- Stir in more bbq sauce if desired.
- Serve on toasted buns.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute with pork loin. I typically will use whatever we have in the freezer, or what is on sale at the store. And also, don't forget to freeze any leftovers! Makes a super easy meal for a future night.
