Crock Pot Sausage Cheese Dip

With only 3 ingredients, Crock Pot Sausage Cheese Dip is super easy. Lots of cheese and sausage blend to make this perfect for Game Day and tailgating.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles (Rotel)
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 32 oz Velveeta cheese

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain the fat.
  2. Place in a small crock pot. I used a 3 quart crock pot.
  3. Place rotel on top.
  4. Cube the velveeta and place in the crock pot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Notes

  • If you want your dip thinner stir in 1/2 cup of milk.
