With only 3 ingredients, Crock Pot Sausage Cheese Dip is super easy. Lots of cheese and sausage blend to make this perfect for Game Day and tailgating.

Ingredients
- 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles (Rotel)
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 32 oz Velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain the fat.
- Place in a small crock pot. I used a 3 quart crock pot.
- Place rotel on top.
- Cube the velveeta and place in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Notes
- If you want your dip thinner stir in 1/2 cup of milk.
