Ingredients

  • 2 lb Shrimp frozen, precooked, devained and peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 2 lemons freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup butter (cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for serving)
  • 16 oz angel hair pasta (cooked to al dente)

Instructions

  1. Add the shrimp, pepper. garlic salt, lemon juice and butter to a crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or on high for 1 hour until the shrimp is heated through.
  3. Stir in half the parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve over cooked angel hair pasta and top with remaining parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For the shrimp, you can use raw shrimp as well. If you use raw shrimp increase the cook time to on low for 3 hours or 1.5 hours on high.
