Ingredients
- 3 lbs round steak (cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4, stirring occasionally.
