Ingredients

  • 5 cans (15.25 ounces each) corn kernels, drained
  • 2 cups (226 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup (113 g) Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup (122.5 g) whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese

Instructions

  1. To the bowl of a slow cooker, add corn, shredded cheese, milk, sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, butter, and cream cheese. Stir to combine.
  2. Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 2-3 hours.
  3. Serve warm.
