Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- (1) 14 oz. can of black beans Rinsed and Drained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 onion chopped
- (1) 8 oz. can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 8 oz. cream cheese Diced into small pieces
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients except for the cream cheese in a 6 quart crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir it into the crock pot.
- Stir in the cream cheese, cover and cook on low for 1 hour or on high for 30 minutes to melt the cream cheese.
- Top with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
