Ingredients
- 4 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 2 Cups barbecue sauce
- 1.5 Cups Dr. Pepper
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. I use a knife to get one end of the membrane up on one side and then gently pull it off the rest of the ribs.
- Cut the ribs into 3 pieces and add to the slow cooker.
- Add in all the other ingredients on top of the ribs in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
- Once done, place on a foiled line cooking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes until the ribs are slightly browned.
- Serve with additional barbecue sauce and enjoy!
